Gulf Coast Housing Partnership (GCHP) is a 501c3 real estate development company whose principal focus is providing affordable housing.
Our portfolio reflects over 60 years of combined experience in development, finance, and the latest innovation in safe, healthy, and sustainable construction.
We achieve our mission through partnerships with other organizations, state, local governments, and social entrepreneurs who share our vision of change for their communities. These partnerships result in high-quality rental and home ownership housing developments, strategic commercial ventures, and community facilities. Together we deliver projects that serve families and individuals with a wide range of incomes and needs.
The Housing Partnership Network (HPN) founded GCHP in January 2006 in an effort to rebuild those communities affected by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
