Property-Assessed Clean Energy (PACE)

The Property-Assessed Clean Energy is a program under development that will allow businesses and homeowners to finance energy improvements, including alternative energy systems, through a increase on their property tax bill. Once New Orleans establishes a Sustainable Energy Financing District, business owners will be able to take advantage of this program.  The City Council has recently chosen to establish New Orleans as a Financing District.
